Testimony (Adam Gluck, CEO):"I've worked with Victor on two serious, long-term projects. The first was a student organization that we founded together called Edge UChicago, which received $25,000-$30,000 in funding. I also worked with him in his capacity as a front-end developer for my startup Openshelf. In both these roles it became apparent that Victor is truly gifted when it comes to operations. In both capacities Victor's timeliness, attention to detail, and organization was exceptional. He combines a sense of the broader mission of an organization with a knack for establishing and then completing the concrete objectives necessary for that organization to move ahead.Put simply, whether as a developer or director of operations for Edge, Victor has continuously delivered value as a result of this inclination towards finishing the tasks that need to get done."
